HiFi Excellence ships as soon as order is confirmed. We ship via Fedex or DHL. Customers who want their order to be ship must inform us at their earliest convenience by submiting their delivery details through our website's order form. As soon as we confirm payment, we provide tracking details, with which they can know the status of their order either on Fedex or DHL website respectively. (Depending on the courier company used).

When package is received, we advise the recipient to contact us either by phone or email to comfirm the order is received in good condition.
