![]() ![]() We provide a 30 day replacement warranty and money back on all products with the exception of some refurbished products which will be clearly marked otherwise on the order form and the web page (as is or no refund). As with all warranties, there is at least 12-months international manufacturer warranty on each of our items, abuse voids warranty. In the case of a product failure and replacement, the product will be returned at our store cost. Handling fee as listed below DO NOT APPLY in the case of a warranty replacement. Please note products that are to be returned for replacement will require all original packing and accessories. Prior to returning a item please contact the manufacturers tech support department to confirm that the item is faulty and request an incident number. In order to obtain a RMA number please contact us and provide your order number, product and description of problem. Please also include a incident or reference number from the manufacturer. If you return item without a RMA, an exchange cannot be processed. Please Note: A RMA number sometimes takes a few days to be issued. The 30 days limit is based on when you request the RMA, not when we issue it. After 30 days all product warranties and tech support are provided by and administered by the manufacturers of the products. Please contact manufacturers directly regarding any claims or questions. REFUNDS In order to maintain extremely low prices on all our products, our company cannot provide units for customers to "TEST DRIVE" i.e. Free sample (s). Unlike many retailers, our company never sells unit which have been previously sold, returned and repackaged as a new unit!!!. If a unit is returned it must be inspected, tested and then sold as a refurbished unit. This results in a large loss to our company. If you are not completely satisfied with a unit purchased from us you may return it within 30 days of receipt of item subject to the following: *Please note that RGL reserves the right to determine the Minimum Order Policy (MOP)whenever we are on sale of 40% off or more. If any dealer fails to buy at the prevailing MOP, refund has to be made after 7 working days. *Unit must be in Factory New Condition and complete with all accessories, and original packaging. The cost of any repairs and or replacement of missing accessories will be deducted from refund. *Unit must be returned to us at your cost via Courier ground INSURED for full value.
